With your 1528 SMART Pinoy Menu, checking your latest PREPAID LOAD BALANCE is a breeze. Simply click LOAD BALANCE and you’ll receive a message stating your current prepaid balances.

Go to 1528 SMART Pinoy CS CARE and select LOAD BALANCE. A text message will be received indicating the amount reloaded and the corresponding expiry date.

8. Can my SIM Card be loaded with a Peso Load?

No, a 1528 SMART SIM Card cannot be loaded with PesoLoad. It can however send PesoLoad to SMART Buddy and TNT subscribers in the Philippines. For details call CS Hotline 152834 using your mobile phone.
